Use the Help and Support options in Stratus to access product help, release notes, support resources, and account maintenance information.

Email Support

Select the envelope icon at the top of the page to email TriTech Support.

Use this option when you need assistance with Stratus or a Stratus product.

Open Help

Select the question mark icon at the top of the page to open help resources.

Depending on where you are in Stratus, the help option may open the Stratus Library, product-specific help, or release notes.

Stratus Library

The Stratus Library includes help resources for Stratus products, including:

• Allocator
• Municipal
• Agent

From a product help area, you can return to the full Stratus Library to access help for other Stratus products.

Release Notes

Release notes are updated as new Stratus releases are made.

Use release notes to review recent changes, fixes, and enhancements.

Workbook and Feature Status

The Stratus Library also includes workbook resources and feature status information.
